Our Appointment Policy

Thank you for scheduling your pet’s next appointment. We are happy to serve you. As a courtesy to our staff and other patients, we ask that you provide 24-hour notice when cancelling a standard appointment and 48-hour notice for surgical procedures.

Appointments cancelled without proper notice, or missed entirely, will be subject to a no-show fee. This policy helps us continue providing timely care to all of our patients and their families.

Surgical cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice due to the preparation, staffing, and equipment involved.
